Dr. Aitken

Dr. Kevin Aitken is a Fellow of the Chiropractic College of Rehabilitation Sciences and a graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.

Currently, Dr. Aitken is a Lead Instructor with Active Release Techniques®. He teaches professional continuing education seminars across North America, attended by other doctors, physiotherapists and massage therapists. Actively engaging and working with an array of interdisciplinary health providers, Dr. Aitken has established a leading edge in staying at the forefront of advances in the field of rehabilitation and musculoskeletal health care. Furthermore, Dr. Aitken consistently seeks opportunities for further growth and development by staying current and relevant through continuing education. Current pursuits include Dr. Aitken’s involvement in completing coursework towards a designation as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).

Dr. Aitken is well respected by many for his athletic pursuits as an avid competitor in a variety of endurance sports. His athletic background includes experience playing in the western hockey league, as well as a history of extensive weight training.

Dr. Aitken also continues to compete in marathons and Ironman triathlons. In addition, he has completed Powderface42 and the 125km Canadian Death Race ultra-marathon. Given his involvement in the sports community through participating and coaching marathon-training groups, he is thankful to have had the opportunity of facilitating the success of an array of athletic abilities.

From novice to professional, Dr. Aitken strives to work with his patients in helping them reach their respective performance goals.
